 一、设计任务书
 1、设计任务:设计卷扬机的传动装置(传动简图如下)
   电动机1通过带制动的联轴器2驱动圆锥—圆柱齿轮减速器3,再通过开式齿轮传动4驱动滚筒5转动,滚筒5使钢丝绳6运动,从而牵引重物移动。
 2、设计的原始数据
 (1)牵引力F=12000N;
  (2)牵引速度V=0.40m/s;
 (3)滚筒直径D=700㎜;
 (4)牵引速度允许偏差:±5%;
 (5)滚筒的传动效率(不包括滚动轴承):0.96;
 (6)工作情况:两班制,间歇双向运转,反向空转,断续周期工作制(S3),负荷持续率FC按电动机负载图决定,带负载起动,载荷有冲击;
 (7)工作环境:室外,环境有灰尘,最高温度40℃;
 (8)动力来源:电力,三相交流电,电压380/220V;
 (9)检修间隔期:2一次大修,二年一次中修,一年一次小修;
 (10)折旧期:10年;
 (11)制造条件及生产批量:专门工厂制造,批量生产;
 (12)减速器类型:图册32页。
 3、设计主要内容
 (1)传动方案的评述;
 (2)选择电动机;
 (3)设计开式齿轮传动;
