摘  要
本设计为机床后托架的冷冲压模具设计，根据设计零件的尺寸、材料、批量生产等要求，首先分析零件的工艺性，确定其工艺方案。再根据工艺方案设计了两个模具共同完成两件的冲制。完成两个模具的设计，完成模具零件的设计选用并完成三维建模和主要零件的CAD二维零件图纸的绘制，并在三维建模的基础上用solidworks进行运动仿真和有限元分析。

This design for the machine after the bracket of the cold stamping die design, according to the design of the size of the parts, materials, mass production requirements, first of all, analysis technology of parts, determine the processing plan. According to process plan design of the two moulds to accomplish two punch. Complete two mould design, mould parts design to choose and complete the drawing of 3 d modeling and 2 d CAD drawing, and on the basis of 3 d modeling in solidworks motion simulation and stress analysis.
