随着科学技术的发展，自动喷水灭火系统的发展也是越来越快，而自动喷水灭火系统的发展究其实质而言就是喷头的发展。所以此次毕业设计我们主要研究旋转型消防喷头的制造工艺设计与数控加工。
大空间旋转喷头是一种应用于大空间领域的新型喷水灭火产品。它是利用水流在喷头内产生的扭力，带动喷头自动旋转，从而把水流均匀分散在保护范围内。它可与大空间智能探测器配合使用，组成大空间智能喷水灭火系统，实现自动灭火功能；也可与其它大空间探测器配合使用，实现灭火功能。大空间旋转喷头各组成零件的加工质量对洒水的范围起着及其关键的作用，尤其是喷头上、下体中曲面的加工。

Abstract

It can and large space probe used together with intelligent, large space of intelligent sprinkler system, realize the automatic fire extinguishing function; Also with other large space detector cooperates to use, realize the fire fighting function. Large space rotating nozzle each composition parts processing quality to the scope of the water plays and key role, especially in the shower nozzle surface processing, nakedness.
