卷制其他材质则事先拿Q235作为相对参数作为标准换算，在允许范围就行。如卷制材质Q345只能卷制厚16mm-18mm宽2500mm的板。或材质Q345卷制厚25mm宽度只能1800mm的板.
该机结构形式为三辊对称式。机械式上辊升降运动由丝杆、丝母、蜗杆传动而获得。两个辊作螺旋运动，通过减速机的输出齿轮与下辊齿轮啮合，为板材行走提供动力。
