　　　本设计说明书主要阐述了冲压加工的基本原理和冲裁模的设计过程及凸凹模刃口尺寸的计算。说明书总分四大部分，第一部分主要对冲压加工的特点和应用做了简单介绍；第二部分主要对冲压变形的原理做了介绍；第三部分是本说明书重点部分，主要对冲裁模工艺和冲裁模设计做了详尽的介绍；第四部分简单地对冲裁模的失效和材料选择做了介绍。通过这四大部分的推理说明，以使本说明书条理清晰，重点突出。这一套冲孔模制造简单，操作方便，便于在工厂的使用。
