Abstract: This paper has specified the internal structure and working principle　of double -stage three leaves roots blower.Especially, the step and method for bearing installation, gear pair in assembly, gap adjustment between the rotors, gap adjustment of rotors head and gap adjustment of the rotors side are introduced in detail.
