矿山小车自卸机设计
摘 要
随着国民经济的增长,我国专用汽车市场进入了快速成长期。2005 年专用汽车生产企业已经有 628 家,专用汽车品种已经达到 4900 多个,2005 年专用汽车产量达70 万辆,占载货汽车总产量的 40%。作为专用汽车中一个分支的自卸汽车,陆续出 现了多种多样的型式,其中最常见的是后倾式自卸汽车。 本文以矿山小车自卸机为设计题目,有以下几个重要的设计方面:一是:介绍了自卸车的国内外的发展状况及发展和分类形式。二是:首先,根据自卸车类型的优缺点,确定了自卸车的举升机构为连杆组合式举升装置。其次,根据相关经验公式和理论力学确定举升装置的几何尺寸,有副梁与车厢的铰支点,副梁与液压缸之间的铰支点,及放平时车厢三角臂中支点与左侧长度选定,三角臂与拉杆铰接点,车厢与举升机构前铰支点的确定。然后对举升液压系统进行设计,先确定了液压系统原理图,接着计算其中的液压缸、液压泵及油箱,管路的相关参数,还有操纵方式的选定和方向控制阀的选定。最后是对车厢进行设计,确定车厢主要尺寸的确定,使最后所设计出来的自卸车能够承载12吨的货物, 此自卸车的举升时间为15s。

ABSTRACT
With the national economic growth , China's auto market has entered a special rapid growth.2005 Special Purpose Vehicle manufacturers have been 628,Special Purpose Vehicle has reached more than 4900 varieties,2005 special vehicle production reached 700,000,Accounting for 40% of total truck. As a Special Purpose Vehicle in a branch of the dump truck , has been found in a wide variety of types , of which the most common is backward curved dump truck. The mining car dump machine for the design, a design of the following: The one is introduces the development of the dump truck at home and abroad and the development of form, form and classification of dumper. The two is: first, according to the advantages and disadvantages of truck type, the self lifting mechanism of truck for link combination type lifting device. Secondly, according to the related empirical formulas and theoretical mechanics to determine the geometry lifting device, a hinged fulcrum beam and the car, hinge fulcrum between the secondary beam and the hydraulic cylinder, and put the fulcrum and the left triangular arm length selected usually carriages, triangle arm and pull rod hinged point, determine the pivot carriage and lifting mechanism. Then the design of lifting hydraulic system, first determine the principle diagram of hydraulic system, then calculate the hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump and oil tank, pipeline and control parameters, the selection and direction control valve selection. Finally carries on the design of the carriage, to determine the main dimensions of the carriage, the size and mass of each plate cars, capable of carrying 11 tons of cargo last designed, this time from the lift truck for 15s.
